Service Description

One of our Service Specialist will perform a thorough evaluation of the cooling equipment. Chemically wash the outdoor unit to reduce heat and stress off the compressor. Brush out all the Dirt and Insects from the electrical compartments, remove Foliage from the compressor drain area. If anything that deserves your attention is discovered, a recommendation for further maintenance or repair will be given.
